Terms of use

The rules for the MobileSA app, website and accounts. If you use them, you agree to these.

Last updated 11 October 2026

1. What this is

MobileSA is a fan project. It lets you play on MTA:SA 1.6 servers from an Android phone. We are not Rockstar Games, Take-Two or the Multi Theft Auto team, and none of them made or approved this.

It is still in testing, so expect bugs and things that change from one build to the next.

2. You need your own game

You must own GTA: San Andreas. We don't sell it or hand it out. Don't ask for pirated copies here and don't share them.

3. Your account

  • You sign in with your own Discord account. It needs a verified email.
  • One account per person. Don't sell it or give it away.
  • Pick a normal username. Nothing offensive, and don't pretend to be staff or someone else.
  • What happens on your account is on you, so keep your Discord safe.
  • If you are under the legal age where you live, a parent or guardian has to agree for you.

4. Don't do this

  • Attack, flood or try to break into the website, the launcher services or other accounts.
  • Cheat, or use MobileSA to ruin a server or other people's games.
  • Dodge a ban or a device block.
  • Change the app and pass it around as MobileSA.
  • Pull data from the site so hard that it slows down for others.
  • Anything that is against the law where you live.

5. Testers

Joining the tester program is your choice. If you join:

  • Test builds can crash or lose your settings.
  • Keep test builds and unreleased features private. No public posts, no sharing the files.
  • Your tester access is tied to one phone. Don't share it.
  • We can accept, refuse or remove a tester at any time.

6. Servers belong to their owners

We don't run the game servers in the list and we don't control what is on them. Each server has its own rules. We can hide a server from the list if it causes problems for MobileSA users.

7. Ads

MobileSA is free to download and play. The app may show ads to pay for hosting. There is nothing to buy in it.

8. No guarantees

You get MobileSA as it is. It may not work on your phone, it may go offline, and it may have bugs. You use it at your own risk. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for damage or loss from using it, or from anything that happens on someone else's server.

9. Bans and leaving

If you break these rules we can warn you, suspend or close your account, or block your device. You can leave whenever you want and delete your account from your account page.

10. Changes

These terms can change as the project grows. The date at the top tells you when. Using MobileSA after a change means you accept it.

11. Contact

Reach us on Discord. Don't post private details in public channels.
